A: Yes! We always recommend ordering a sample before purchasing larger quantities. This helps ensure you’re happy with the color, finish, and style.
A: Orders typically take 1–2 business days to print, out-gas, and package before shipping. Shipping usually adds another 2–3 business days, depending on the carrier.
A: Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
A: Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. While these are out of our control, we’ll always help track your package and keep you updated.
A: Because all of our wraps are custom printed to order, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please order carefully, and ask questions before placing an order.
A: In rare cases where a return is approved (such as unopened rolls), restocking fees may apply:
A: We inspect every product before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 14 days. We’ll work with the manufacturer to issue a replacement or credit (not a refund).
A: Tools and accessories must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
A: Manufacturer warranties apply to most products, but not to items shipped outside the U.S., altered products (laminated, overprinted, etc.), or wraps that have already been installed.
A: Claims must be filed within the manufacturer’s window (typically 30 days). Photos and material samples may be required. If approved, a credit (not refund) will be issued toward a future order.
A: No. While we design wraps to be installer-friendly, Mohawk Wraps cannot be held responsible for installation errors or application failures.
